I've always been interested in what makes people value a place—not only its architecture or design, but the life that has taken shape around it. That curiosity influences how I listen, what I notice and how I approach every property.

Some homes require exceptional presentation. Others call for discretion, patience or a more creative path forward. Often, they require all of it. I take the time to understand the property, the circumstances surrounding it and what a successful outcome means to its owner. From there, I build the strategy and carry it through—from pricing and negotiation to photography and presentation—with clarity and care.
